In this 6-week course, students will explore the evolution of digital art from early computer graphics to AI-generated works in this hands-on course combining art history and creative practice. Each week highlights a key era in digital innovation, from algorithmic art and pixel graphics to virtual worlds, net art, and NFTs, while participants experiment with accessible tools like OpenProcessing, Piskel, and Tinkercad. The course culminates in a mini-exhibition showcasing student projects.
