Want to learn screen printing but don’t have access to specialized equipment like photo emulsion, a light table, or a power washer? This beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect place to start. Participants will get an introduction to traditional screen printing while also learning how to create makeshift screens from everyday materials. Using simple and accessible techniques, you’ll discover how to transform an original drawing into a reproducible print, and leave with the skills and confidence to continue experimenting with DIY screen printing on your own.
This class is operating on a sliding scale. You may purchase the class at a rate you feel financially comfortable with, up to the maximum class cost of $80. All students will receive the same instruction regardless of payment.
