The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) is planning a No Hate in Our State Town Hall at the Erie Art Museum on Tuesday, November 13th, 2025. It’s main focus is on the impact of law enforcement on racialized communities.  Mr. Marchello Woodward’s homicide is the catalyst for this gathering by which advocates that have created police accountability in partnership with police will be present to speak about solutions in their communities. Registration is encouraged but not required.
