Activity Submission Form

Please use the form below to submit activities for consideration for our Second Sunday or Access for All programming.

Second Sunday

A family-focused program held on the second Sunday of each month from 2 pm to 4 pm, featuring pay-what-you-wish admission and an onsite art activity related to current exhibitions. Hours for contracted artists are typically 1 pm to 5 pm, which covers setup and take down.

Access for All

The Art Bridges Foundation initiative allows for free admission to the Museum the first Thursday of each month from 11 am – 3 pm and the third Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm. Similarly, we are looking to schedule contracted artists to fill out spring and summer sessions. Hours are typically 10 am to 4 pm (first Thursday) and 9 am - 3 pm (third Saturday), which covers setup and take down.

These activities should be family friendly, inclusive, and semi-self directed.

Compensation is $25 per hour. Artists have the option to use our supplied classroom materials, request materials for purchase, or seek reimbursement for materials they buy, provided they retain and submit receipts. We are currently booking for winter and Spring 2025.
