From Mickey to the Grinch, organized by the Erie Art Museum, is primarily drawn from the collection of animator George Nicholas, whose extensive career in the field involved almost every major Hollywood animation studio including Walt Disney, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Chuck Jones, Hanna-Barbera and Walter Lantz. The artworks in this exhibit represent films ranging from the classic full-length animated features of the early 1930s through animation\'s mid-century decline and adaptation for television to its eventual reinvigoration and revival on the big screen. 7" x 6". 20 pages.
