Every Wednesday during June, July and August the Museum opens its doors and hosts Free half hour tours at 12:00 and 12:30. Pick-up lunch and shop the Erie Farmers' Market in nearby Perry Square then enjoy lunch on the Museum front steps. |

Erie Art Museum Director
The Erie Art Museum is shaking things up for one corkpopping evening in tribute to John Vanco's 40 years as Museum Director. Join us in this toast to John, while reveling in an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere replete with friendly spirits, an eclectic menu prepared by Make It Fabulous, two amazing musical acts and many special surprises. Art in Action
Looking for something for young artists? The Erie Art Museum offers gallery-based art making sessions. Each week features a new theme.
Hours: Tusdays beginning June 17, 3-4:30 p.m.

Art Camp for Kids
Mix and mingle art and music. Campers make an instrument, invent their own music notation, paint to cool music and work right in the galleries.
Hours: Monday-Friday, June 23-27, 2008, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Fee: $135 includes all supplies, snack and Student Museum membership.

Interactive program for adults and their 3–5 year olds. Right out of Africa! We'll look at, touch, and even try on brightly patterened cloth from Africa, and we'll experiment with pattern in sound and movement with professional musicians.
