Registration
General Information
To register, choose one of the following methods:
• Return the form below, along with payment.
• Call the Erie Art Museum at 814-459-5477, and have a credit card ready
for payment.
• Stop by the Annex, 10 East 5th Street, 3rd floor, Monday-Friday
9 a.m.–5 p.m. with payment.
*Deadline to register is one week before the class start date.
Please Note: Pre-payment is necessary to ensure your place in class. If any class or workshop is cancelled by the Museum, due to lack of enrollment or
for any other reason, a full refund is guaranteed. Students may cancel their registration by calling the Museum before the second class meeting and they will receive a tuition refund minus a $10 handling charge. No refund will be made if a student cancels after the second class, whether or not the student attended the class. Processing of refunds takes approximately three weeks from the end of the first week of classes. Students paying class tuition at the non-member rate receive a Museum membership at no extra charge (workshops excluded). For more information call 814-459-5477 or email.
