New on View
Check out our newest exhibit in the Ronald E. Holstein Gallery, Speaking to Wood: Works by David Bennett. Featuring stunning, unconventionally constructed vessels by woodworker David Bennett, the artist challenges the way we perceive wood as an artistic medium.
Gallery Night: Holiday Edition
Shop local, celebrate art in our community, and usher in the holiday season with a special Gallery Night, Friday, December 6 from 7-10 p.m. Tour twelve galleries—all spotlighting the best works from established and emerging artists—and shop for local gifts including fine art and hand-made jewelry. Each gallery boasts its own entertainment, exhibitions and vibe.
At the Museum, check out our stunning exhibit of British watercolors, and make your own artistic star ornament! ClaySpace instructors will be spinning cool demos on the wheel and selling handmade pottery, too!
The evening kicks off from 5-7 p.m. with Downtown D’lights in Perry Square—join Santa and his elves, along with Mayor Sinnott, as they flip the switch to transform downtown into a Christmas spectacular.
All gallery events are FREE and open to the public. For more information and a list of participating galleries, visit www.erieartmuseum.org.
